Hands-On Involvement

Get involved in the center’s daily activities, including patient intake, registration, and managing the flow of patients through various service points.
Depending on your skills and experience, offer treatments, care for minor injuries, and support the health needs of patients, contributing to overall well-being.
Help patients navigate between different services within the clinic, supporting them through registration, intake assessments, and guiding them to the appropriate care.
Whether your expertise lies in nursing, lab work, or health education, there are numerous opportunities for you to make a meaningful impact. Professionals can engage based on their medical experience, offering specialized care and advice.
Perform regular health assessments, including measuring vital signs and monitoring the overall health status of patients, ensuring they receive the care they need.

You'll stay in comfortable, secure accommodation in Diani, close to both the community health center and local amenities. The living spaces are well-maintained and equipped with essential facilities to ensure a pleasant and supportive environment during your stay.

Located in the coastal town of Diani, this project offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of Kenya while making a significant impact on community health. Diani's serene environment, combined with its urgent healthcare needs, provides a meaningful and enriching volunteer experience.

Arrival & Airport pickup

Once you book and confirm your placement, we’ll assist with your travel arrangements. Arrive at Moi International Airport in Mombasa, and our team will be there to welcome you. We'll organize a smooth pickup and transfer to your accommodation, ensuring a stress-free start to your volunteering journey.

Weekends and free time

After your volunteer hours, explore Nairobi’s unique blend of urban and natural wonders. Visit Nairobi National Park, indulge in local street food, or take a day trip to Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate. For a deeper adventure, plan a safari to the Maasai Mara or visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Our team is here to help you make the most of your free time—Nairobi’s adventures await!
